Oil Quality Test

TPM (Total Polar Materials) is the industry‑standard measure of frying‑oil quality. A TPM test tells you exactly how fresh or degraded your oil is, expressed as a percentage.

Most food‑safety guidelines recommend changing oil when TPM reaches 24–27%, ensuring consistent food quality and compliance with regulations. The oil-quality test is provided for guidance only. The decision as to when oil should be changed remains the Client's responsibility at all times - Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
